Delivery is 3-5 days via Royal Mail within the UK.

Free shipping within the UK.

Returns

At MarcelPacurarPottery, I want you to love your piece as much as I loved making it. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received. The refund will be sent using the original payment method.
